Just register (its free) to become a member of RebateFox.com and then at any of our hundreds of partner stores. Our partner stores pay us to send you to them. We turn those commissions into Cash Back by giving the commission right back to you, in Cash. No forms to fill out, no strings attached. Check out our merchant stores on each category and then visit them and shop. Get paid when you shop at online and/or when making an action.

Register today for a free membership and we’ll even add $5 to your account, and thereafter you can earn a cash rebate each and every time you shop online through RebateFox and its partner merchants.

You can compare prices on products at any time - in fact you don't have to register for cashback - we can still send you to the retailer in question if you are not logged in - you just won't earn any cashback if you buy - but don't worry - if you're not logged in we will remind you!

How do I join?
Joining is free and easy by using our quick and easy registration form which is placed on each merchant info page or by clicking on the signup registration link on the homepage. The moment you become a member you can start shopping and earning cash back.

How do I receive my Cash Back?
You have two choices:

• 1. PayPal: We will deposit your payment directly to your PayPal account. Just enter your full name and mailing address (Paypal member account) into your Account Profile for verification purposes.
  2. Voucher: We can issue you vouchers for the amount of money you earned from cash rebates. The list of the merchants that we work with under the voucher scheme are available at your account details page.
  

Once registered make sure you return to RebateFox.com and update your account details before claiming your cashback payment so we can send your cashback money or voucher without problems.

When do I get paid?
You will get paid when your account at RebateFox.com accrues up to a minimum of $25 of confirmed transactions on the 1st of each month. In the event that your account does not meet the minimum threshold ($25) and/or the threshold was met after the 17th of each month, then the amount will simply carry-over to the next pay-period.

What is the difference between a Confirmed, Pending and Payable Transaction?
Pending means that the merchant you shopped at the sale but the payment cannot be 100% validated for various reasons - i.e. the product could still be refundable, the credit card might not yet be processed, etc.

Once the transaction gets confirmed and the merchant has accepted the sale the commission will show approved and can be considered yours. At this point you can request payment, subject to the minimum payment thresholds being met. Confirmed purchases are highly unlikely to be revoked, and this can happen in rare circumstances such as fraud.

Why has a cash back been removed or rejected from my account balance?
If transaction involved a purchased item which was returned or a transaction is faulty or invalided then the merchant concerned can remove it. If this is a routine procedure for these circumstances and is very rarely done in error, if you feel that it was an error please contact us immediately in order to investigate the matter further.

What is Cash Back Rebates?
Cash Back is real money RebateFox will send to you via Paypal or give you in vouchers to spend. RebateFox receives sales commissions from our merchant partners and pay it back to its members. Remember you can earn up to 20% rebates on purchases.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is an online payment solution. PayPal enables any business or individual with an email address to securely, easily and quickly send and receive payments online. In order to receive your cashback through PayPal, your PayPal account must be verified. This means that you have confirmed your identity by completing the required steps outlined by PayPal.

How can I make sure that I am going to earn Cash Back?
If you are logged to RebateFox.com, you will see no prompts when clicking through to the merchants sites. If you aren't, you are prompted to provide your username and password before clicking through to make any purchases so that they can be tracked. You cannot earn cashback until you have registered as a RebateFox member.

Purchases you make at RebateFox merchants can and will be credited only if you start shopping at RebateFox.com and click to the merchant from there. You must click through RebateFox first every time you shop at a merchant site, any time you shop at a partner merchant you must have been originated from the RebateFox website.

Do all purchases qualify for Cash Back?
Virtually all purchases through RebatesFox partners qualify for Cash Back rebates. Any purchase of products and/or services in which the transaction is substantially completed part and/or as a whole by telephone does and will not qualify for a Cash Back rebate. In addition, in a few cases merchants have specifically stated that they will not pay Cash Back rebates for particular items and/or actions we try to make sure that in such cases you will be informed at the particulars merchant info page with a warning prior of you visiting the merchant.

Can I use RebateFox.com if I live in Canada?
Yes, there as long as the merchant delivers to Canada there is no question about it.

Can I use RebateFox.com if I live outside US and Canada?
Yes, there as long as the merchant deliver to your country, your cashback will get credited.

How your Member Referral Program work?
Let your friends, relatives, colleagues the whole world know about RebateFox.com, invite them to join and when they become an active user then you will earn $0.4.

Do gift certificates qualify for Cash Back?
No, they don’t unless otherwise states

What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the merchant from whom you purchased.

If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any Cash Back earned from that sale.

To avoid losing the Cash Back - in future transactions - please make sure all returns are final and that it is not an exchange. Have the merchant refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through us to receive the Cash Back.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

How safe is my credit card info on you?

Absolutely we have nothing to do with your credit card information. We don’t request it, simple as that.

Are my transactions secure when going through RebateFox.com?

Always. When you check out at any of our merchants, you are on the safest possible connection, a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Will RebateFox.com sell and/or pass information about me or my purchase habits to anyone?
No. Period.

Will I start receiving "spam" if I join?
Absolutely NO!!! We dont pass any of your info including emails to anyone!!! So dont expect "spam" comming directly and/or indirectly via RebateFox.com
